Last night I felt fine going to bed, but my "friend"

I get fevers with my RA. But you also could have an infection. If that's the case, get it checked right away.

But I often am hot after sleeping, my joints in particular. Try that Abreva on your blister. That stuff really helps a lot.

Fevers are common with all forms of inflammatory arthritis. I usually get them at night and wake up in a cold sweat, when the fever has 'broken'.

I run low-grade fever too....and sometimes I feel hot and feverish, but the thermometer reports normal.
