Shin pain | Arthritis Information

 

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone else has pain in their shins.  It only hurts when I press on them.  The pain doesn't bother me when walking ( I have my knees to take care of that) but when I touch them on the lower half of my shins it really hurts.  Any thoughts?

shanjim2338952.5916898148Hi Shanjim, I don't want to worry you but I have this pain and when my Rheumy checked other areas of my body, I had it everywhere, so I now have Fibromyalgia, just make a note of any new changes in your condition and make sure you mention it to your Rheumy next time you see him, I guess if you do a lot of exercise it could be shin splints too, which only heal with rest.  Good luck, regards Janie.
