They pretend they have a magic cure, get testimonials from "users" - but it's very rare, very expensive, you can't have it right now - but if you give them all of your money they might, just might, spare you a sample. It needs explanation and elaboration of a solution. There is no quick fix or cure immediately. A long term solution to reverse.
Arthritis is dynamic, at some instances it can be controlled and later it can go wild. When it flares up, it can move about quickly from one joint to many joints like knee to breast bone, collar bone, to lower leg, to hand etc. and no hold bar. It just controls the body and subject to its manupulation. It can go into remission for sometimes and come back more aggressive and destructive to defy drugs and emerge more powerful. It may complicate other likely chronic diseases like heart and diabetes.
There is a solution and the solution requires determination, change of lifestyle, belief, consistency in building up own body energy level gradually to interact with the disease.

To Angel57-Of course there are appropriate herbs and natural foods help to relieve pain and fight arthritis and chronic diseases effectively without drugs. You do not know because you do not believe in it and you never do your homeworks and hardwork to change. All your sole focus is on scientific treatment channel and all other channels have been switched off! There are so many good books written by doctors on natural healing like Dr Bieler, H.G. "Food Is Your Best Medicine"; Bernard, R.W., PhD "Meat-Eating, A Cause of Disease"; "There is a Cure for Arthritis" Paavo O. Airola, N.D. etc.. I have picked up good information from these books.
One has to fight the disease diligently therefore there is no spoon fed and dependant on others. One has to learn to change lifestyle, belief and has determination because the road to take is long.
I have reversed my severity of arthritis without taking drugs for over 15years and "have mastered" the disease well. So who says is not possible and how to know when one does not explore beyong and is not working on it!

As far as I know in my earlier years drugs were worked wonder and effective for pains and swells. For more than twenty years, finally drugs just simply dwindled it effectiveness and could not even touch the basic pain. The condition was very severe. Once it flared up it would continue to attack several joints of a leg and went on to attack corresponding joints of another leg, the large vein and nerves that caused spasms.
Since I started taking herbs and natural foods for more than 15 years body energy and health have improved and juvenated and thus reversed the severity to no threat. I have almost 40years arthritis experience. So are you still a confused. To be confused is not too bad don't act smart.

Joonie, thank you also, that's one piece of useful info. I take it you didn't buy, I wouldn't have.
Many of us, my self included, recommend newbies try prednisone but I know I'm not selling prednisone - is anyone?
Maybe tomorrow there'll be a reply based on fact and not assunption as I don't like to see anybody flamed without positive proof. I would dearly like get rid of RA but not tempted to try a "miracle" cure.

These two individuals have been posting for awhile. I don't think it is their recommendations that people have a problem with. In fact, several people in the beginning genuinely inquired what was the herbal remedy and wanted more information. But that seems to be a big secret. Then all the replies from these people have been very nasty and insulting.
It repeats over and over again. A lot of people do use alternative medications. But the secrecy and the insulting came from the original posters and it it not a witch hunt.
If they have a wonderful solution, then they should be straight forward and tell us what it is, how it specifically helped them and how we can get it. The fact that they don't sends up all kinds of red flags about their intentions. And, when they turn everything that is said here as some kind of personal attack, then it kind of cinches the deal.
Over and over again, they find a way to get their posting sent back to the top and it starts again. The best thing is to ignore it without commenting one way or another. To send PM to people to buy these products is spamming and shouldn't be respected.
If I had a wonderful remedy, I would be sharing it with all of you right away. I know what kind of pain this illness causes. Why would I keep that information to myself?
Also, keep in mind that a lot of herbal medications are not tested and can have dangerous side effects especially mixed with our medications. If someone is going this route, they need to be under the direction of both a Rheumy and a Naturalpathic doctor.

To take your example, it would be like saying I have used a great antinflammatory medicine that allowed me to walk again, but never telling them that it was prednisone, easily acquired from your doctors and a very cheap medication. Also, if you didn't warn them of the possible side effects, that would be wrong too.
I don't know if that helps you in understanding our concern in these repeated postings and why after months of it going on, we get a bit terse.
A learned judge would consider facts from both sides before making commence and judgement but I have come across this group of people started to dump others whose arthritic experiences and treatments differ from theirs.

I have had pointed out there were natural foods and also mentioned wild lingzhi as the main herbal ingredient for the treatment. I even recommended some books written by doctors for natural healing. I also mentioned that to fight arthritis was a long term process and that one had to learn to eat selective natural foods. If all these were not constructive,then you tell me how you deal with your effective treatment.
I did mentioned it involved in doing homeworks to gether information, hardwork, belief, determination and lifestyle changes and not a "spoon fed" senario.
My treatment differs from yours does not subject to your unreasonable and baseless accusation. It is because you do not have such experience and have never come close to the experience, that is why you have such an attitude and behaviour. A karate expert bricks a pile of bricks is not a con man. He/she learns and practises systematically to acquire the internal strength, techniques and skills. There is actually no need to offer olive plant. Everyone has his own experiences that differ and one has the rights to post the true facts.

This forum used to be so fresh and full of optimism and good ideas and suggestions. Sadly, there is no one in control of the chaos that now seems to have a choke-hold on it. I see nothing but critical on personal and worst than a street crown. I just can't laugh feel sad for you, poor mouse! You should not be in the forum to make situation unpleasant. A culprit like to spark the fire. At least I have contributed fresh ideas and hope. The whole senario is that the negative people think there is no cure and hope therefore they are against any positive note. People like you are creating a chaos that is unnecessary and without basis. I have complete control of the disease. I do not have to fear and wonder what will happen next. I have to sympathise with you for going through continuous torments from the disease. Anyone can achieve varying degrees provided one believes in herbs and natural foods, changes lifestyle, and has determination and spirtit to fight arthritis. The result is positive give a period of time. Result is obtain not given. I have managed to stay out of this debacle but I can't take it anymore!! PLEASE, Kokako88, either list exactly what has helped you, with the names of the herbs and everything in a simple, no nonsense way that people can actually make sense off or just leave. If you truly want to help people, than help us and spell it out for us otherwise, I think I speak for us all in that we don't need the aggravation of trying to decipher your cryptic messages or deal with your negativity. IMHO, any one herbal "remedy" would more likely be supplemental, rather than a cure-all; otherwise, we'd all know of it already. If the so-called cure were a combination of herbs and self-care (which is more realistic), then it would likely be a case-by-case success - which is certainly not unheard of. That being the case, no one is right or wrong. It is far too subjective, and a matter of personal choice as to how any one individual would go about his/her healing process.

All I have been asking from you - from the very start - was the specific names of the specific herbs and things that you are using. That is all. That was my only real question. And somehow you've stretched it into this elaborate idea that I'm ignorant and I'm discrediting you. If you refuse to answer me such a simple question, then yes, I will probably say you are a fraud. And that is because in the grand scheme of life, people who are frauds tend to be sneaky and not give precise answers. I never asked you what herbs or other things would work for ME. I just wanted to know what YOU were taking. I did not ask to be "spoon fed" anything. Quit using the same phrases to discribe myself and others on this board. Not only is it repetative and annoying, it's in bad taste. I will refrain from using sarcasm or any other kind of wit, as it seems to confuse you. You do not seem to have the ability to see the difference between a comedic line from a serious one. I'm sure that has to do with the language barrier, and I'm willing to accept that. That's very reasonable.
I think the reason that people are so upset with you and cathyjones, and so many others that post on here, is that they have come to this board for different reasons than you are understanding. They are here to meet other people, in similar situations, to chat and learn about how other people cope, and find out what other people are taking and doing to lead normal lives. You use herbs, and you were trying to offer your knowledge of those herbs to us. Unfortunately, you went about it the wrong way. It is very insulting for ANYONE to go into any kind of disease forum and say with such a cocky attitude that "it really works!" and suggest that your treatment is a cure. We all know if there was one concise cure for a diease, there would be no need for forums on the topic.
I don't know where you get the idea that I'm a lazy bum. I'm probably one of the most active, knowledgable, and inquizitive people you could ever know. I'm just trying to clear the air here. I value many of the people on this forum, and I can see the frustration in their posts when they talk about this thread.
Let's not get into the issue of cathyjones, that's for another day. Let her and the others have their own conversations, its better to keep your nose out of things that you didn't help start.
If you are having trouble reading this, I ask you to please show it to someone else who can go over it with you, so you have a full understanding of what I'm saying.
