Administrator/Mod. | Arthritis Information

I PM'd the Administrator & haven't heard back. I am new to this site & this is nice group here. However, if this is the way these boards are taken care of I will not be coming back here.

I'll see you at another site. I knew right away what they were doing-I've seen it before on other sites but it is addressed pronto!!!!

For people who are new to these diseases or to these boards these are hurtful & possibly damaging tactics. If those in charge don't care, I don't want to be part of it. Hopefully, I hear back from the powers that be.

What are we talking about here that been so upsetting?

Well I think it has been the Trolls mainly, and this last episode where there was a delightful topic going on and one of the Trolls called everyone stupid among other things. I think that was the last straw for a few of the members.

On RAsushi, I have an entire forum just for links to other message boards. You all are invited to visit and add any that you know of that arent already listed. This way everyone has a chance to travel around, meet new people, get new perspectives on things, and find a place to call home.

Susan as Crunchy says it trolls that come to the board and try to cause trouble and can't "take no we are not interested in that" and just go away. The moderator does not interfere and allows trolls to keep lurking that is what we are talking about on this topic. In another topic we had someone who called another member stupid which is completely uncalled for and even though this person has been reported to the moderator for the meaness and rudeness, nothing is being done. This is why several memebers are very upset. meme

For the most part it's nothing life shattering. It can at times be entertaining.....but there's time when it gets ugly.

Personally I have been more offened by past personal attaches amoung so called friends than I ever have these folks we refer to as Trolls.

Things frankly have been very peaceful lately....and those that have been around know exactly what I mean.

It's a fact of life though; not every one will like everyone. It's the same in real life society. The thing to remember here on these boards is that if you only speak to the other members as if they were right there in the room with you and treat them with respect, everything will be peaceful.

Real life curitosy should be shown to every one. That's common sense.
