Why natural foods for arthritis?

Arthritis is "part of you in the body". Bad foods can disturb and cause a flare. Once there is a flare up the "monster" starts to punish the victim with much pain, swells, restricted movements and mobility, and even causing victim to be bed ridden for weeks and months.

Natural foods in daily diet can help "to harmonize with the monster" so that "the monster" does not get angry easily. It also "likes" natural foods like selective vegetables, fruits, water/fruits' juices, and herbs to keep it at bay.
