I have a urinary tract infection. I am going to the doctor today, the physician's assistant. I think I am going to have to skip my injection this week. I am waiting for a call back from the rheumatologist.
Have any of you Enbrel users had a UTI during use? What did you do, if anything? I really don't want to go off my shot unless I absolutely have to, but I know it isn't wise to let an infection go.

Well, I got my answer from my doctor. He told me to go ahead and take my shot as scheduled next Friday. I was prescribed a 5-day course of Cypro.
AZ- I think you should go ahead and take your shot as scheduled next Friday....I would also recommend a 5-day course of Cipro. Man I'm good!
