I woke up this morning and barely could walk.  I told Brett last night he had to drag me to the pool, even if I resisted.

BTW, UPDATE.   Brett and I are doing really well the last couple days.  I think it hit him our marriage was in jeopardy.  All I know is he has been so affectionate, supportive and there for me the last two days.  What a relief.  Also, very dedicated to his AA regime.  What a difference a day makes and communication.

That pool sounds wonderful. In fact,I think I'm going to take a hot bath! I live in Florida and we have a pool that I never use. It's too cold. My husband won't heat it because...we live in Florida!! Just the thought of getting in that cold water (even though it's 90 degrees outside) makes my joints hurtroxy,im so glad that things are startin to look up for you.. Glad the pool helped you.  And im glad Brett is realizing what he needs to do to help you.  i knew he'd turn around heheVery positive news Roxy.  Now, Dr. Phil would ask the question, "Now Roxy, what did you learn from this?"  And you would answer..........

PS: Love the pics...all of them!  Thanks for sharing.

Great news Roxy.  I find soaking in warm water very therapeutic.  Take care

N and T -  OK  I am laying on the couch now.  Hmmmmmmmmm - what have I learned, well doc - you know I am a slow learner but.......... I think a lot of my pain and stress I have set myself up for.  Trying to do more than my body or my family could handle.  AND I have learned that my hubby has a lot of pressure on him and he has been doing a pretty good job handling it but if he gets overwhelmed - it is understandable and to support him and remember how much he does for me and how much deep inside I know he loves me.

So Doc - How do I integrate all these life lessons into my future behavior - I am so thick headed
