Hey there. I am a 29 year old FireFighter/Paramedic in MI. I recently found out that two of my discs are ruined due to arthritis. My L-5 and S-1. The doctor said to wait as long as possible to have surgery to fix the problem. I am hoping by the time I need it, there will have some new technology out.
Any one else suffer from this? Any ideas on how to stay healthy and pain free? Thanks in advance!!!!
