Hello all...I forgot my manners! | Arthritis Information

okay, since I'm scared out of my mind about the possible DX of RA, I forgot my manners, and went on with "please help me. Me...me..me." I'm so sorry. After reading the many posted messages, I realized that there are so many of us. All dealing with the same pain and frustration.

So, let me introduce myself. My name is Kim. I am 33, and a very active mother of 2 very active boys. My problems all started a few months after my son was born last summer. My life is completely upside down. I just wish I could get a diagnosis so I could start to feel better.

I hope to be in touch with many of you, and as time goes on, be able to help ease the minds of newbies like me. I guess everyone freaks out initially, especially when months pass, and you're no closer to feeling better than when you started your quest for wellness.

I wish you all good days, well minds, and long painfree lives.

Best wishes,
Kim

I just responded to your other post...and this one answers my main question to you. I too started having all of the same problems you are having shortly after the birth of my second child. I've heard it said that the hormonal changes could have played a role in my RA...but no one will pin point it; but they do say it could have been. I'm 11 years out now...but doing much better with treatment.

I'd like to welcome you to the group. You'll meet a lot of great people here and get some first hand experience you can't get anywhere else. I sure wish I would have had this forum in my early days...sure would have been so much easier to deal with all of the unknown...and yes fears. It's very scary at first; but it will get easier.

Welcome again. I hope you come back often and let us all have a chance to get to know you.

Hi Kim and Welcome!!!  No need to apologize,  as we can all relate.
