Excerise

I agree excerise is a good way to get some of the stiffness out and seems to relieve some of the pain as long as one listins to one's body and doesn't over do.  I try to do some time on a stationary bike every day and I think it really helps alot.

 

Hey everyone!
I am having a bout of not feeling great and still go to the water.  About all I get done is floating in the warm water with a little pedaling. 
Warm water feels good.
