Lyprinol is a natural anti inflammatory (in Aust) it is 60 times stronger than fish oil.

 

 

I think it does help. It would be the best thing you would get naturally. Its by blackmores, and if you can't find lyprinol then you could get green lipped mussel oil (that is what it is made of) at the health food store. Hope that helps?
