| Hi, I haven't been confirmed with lupus, but my ANA is positive. I do have RA and Fibro. I have started losing my hair and am just wondering if this is a symptom of Lupus. If anyone has any info on this I would appreciate it. |
hi,mine too, i have positive RF and ANA and complement problems, along with a host of others, and yes, my poor hair just keeps coming out and fromwhat I have read it is a symptom of lupus. hang in there it does come and go a little, there are times when it's not as bad. good luck to you.

Losing hair is one of the effects of SLE. I did find that my hair loss from the lupus slowed when I started treatment (such as Plaquenil). It's something to mention to your rheumy.
