hydrotherapy insurance | Arthritis Information

I have not been going to my swimming classes as we are so broke we cannot afford it.  I told my gp who said I was noticeably worse - and I told her it was the move and the fact I was not going to my water exercise.  She wrote me a prescription for "hydrotherapy".  She said go to a gym when we get to Oregon and call insurance.  Do you think insurance will pay for it?

She also asked about my long term disability.  She was shocked I still have not gotten it.  She said she will be very surprised if I get turned down because of my medical records.  I sure hope she is right.  The money is getting sparse until we sell Brett's house.

Did you apply for SSD or is this long term thru your employer?  I'd call and find out the status.  They may be just sitting on it, waiting for one more piece of paper.  At least you'll know where you are in the process.

Haven't posted much because we've been traveling all summer.  From Mexico to British Columbia and back to Yuma.

Good luck on the move and remember the best thing you can do for yourself right now is take those 20 minute naps.

It sure sounds like fun Linda.  I love traveling, at least I used to.

This is SSD.  I did call them and they said they had all they need but they said they had until the end of November to make a decision.

I have spent more than my fair share of time on the couch.  Thank God there are a lot of phone calls to be made when you move out of state.  At least it has made me feel somewhat production.  I was feeling good this morning but between the drilling on my teeth and the flu shot, I am soooooooo achey.  Brett is understanding but I think we are drowning in things we need to get done.  Tomorrow I plan on getting up early and working all day.  Finally no appts. tomorrow.
