Hi..my name is Betsy. I'll be having full shoulder replacement in a few weeks and am petrified. Is there anyone here who's had it and can talk to me about it. I'm in constant pain and can't get anyone to help me with good relief. I want to just die at times....stay seated packed in ice now ....unable to feed myself with my right arm, etc. Please help!!!

Just wanted to say welcome and I hope your shoulder replacement goes well. I have constant pain in my shoulders across my back and down my left arm. I feel your pain. I use heat. It seems to help more than ice for me. I hope you feel better soon.
