Do you zone out when you are on the phone with someone and then forget what exactly it was they were talking about?

I do it all the time, even if it is someone I called to talk to LMAO!

I am on the phone with someone and then all of a sudden I kinda tend to get bored or not care to hear what they have to say, and I just tune them out and just keep saying "yeah..." after everything they say and then after awhile I tune them back in and talk for a while and then I tune them back out. It is like they kinda bore me.

I also have a hard time retaining anything someone tells me over the phone. Like I am unsure of what exactly it was they were saying. I feel kinda dumb after I am on the phone and have to retain something and then cannot remember it for the life of me.

Anyone else do this?

joonie39008.8574768519Joonie - I just read both of your posts. I have to agree with you. I do the same thing. It drives Justin CRAZY. I always thought it was just me. Sometimes he calls me selfish, but I really do TRY to pay attention. I just *cant*. My mom is the same way, and so is my grandfather. All three of us have RA. I think it's just from the fatigue and soreness and frustration. I don't know what else it could be. Is my brain swelling maybe?!? Haha j/k!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that.  I have to email my kids their daily chores or I forget what I tell them.

Wonder if that will work for my hubby?

Do you think the garbage will get took out if I email him to tell him to take it out?

P.S. Not laughing at you, just the thought of emailing chores is funny to me

Oh now I cannot wait until daughter is old enough to get on the internet so I can email her her chores!! Oh I might just let her get on the internet in another year to just check her email for her chore list LMAO!!!

Novel idea I tell ya... Novel
