I have spent everyday trying to get Kelsey her meds up here.  I had applied for the Oregon Health Plan for her 3 months ago and every time I would talk to them they said her application is pending until we move here.  Then we move here and I call and they said I had been denied because she was on the CA plan

Tell Brett to go get help. Send him on his way with a kiss and a hug.

Little by little, inch by inch, preservence pays off.

Yeah Roxy!!!

My niece is coming over today.  I am so glad I have the livingroom done.  I am going to be honest with her.  We are tight and we have a lifelong don't tell policy.  Kelsey and I will fight over her though.  I could really use some time alone with her.

I am satisfied with what I got done today.  I have a heating pad on my back and laying on the couch.  Took a shower first time in a few days, boy does it feel good to be clean

So I hope I can feel well enough later to drive to the movie store.  I would love to watch a movie.  I am so curious what I weigh.  In the shower I noticed how thin I have gotten.  Stress=lack of appetite for me and this time - even on pred.

So one day at a time, I am proud of what we have accomplished so far.

RELAXATION.  It feels so good after working.  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

You might try using a LOT of conditioner in your hair. It makes it much easier to comb through after you get out of the shower. I'd go absolutely insane if I didn't take a shower every day....sick or not!

Or the bathtub... relax with candles and music!  That's my outlet.

Roxy....it really is just one day at a time....one step at a time...I know how you feel about wanting to just plow on through and get your house done...but I am telling you now...no...I am commanding you now...TAKE SOME TIME EVERY DAY FOR YOURSELF!!!! no matter what. make that a priority. You have to remember you, and you will feel so much better for it. Go get your movie, relax...and do something nice for yourself... it really does make a difference.

XOXO

Crunchy,  I have been the last few days and I am feeling better.  It pays off.  I stopped about 3 today and my niece stopped by and we had a nice visit.  Brett has a movie on right now, I have seen it, so just relaxing on the couch with my Tyler dog curled up with me and my electric blanket.  I think it is my blanket he loves
