Eye Sight Improving? | Arthritis Information

I have recently had a strange occurance.  Ever since I started taking Methotrexate, my eye sight has improved.  My contacts used to have a prescription of -2.25, and now I am down to about a -1.0 .  My rheumatologist says that quite possibly my eyes were swollen and gave a much worse reading at the optomotrist.  So apparently, my actual physical change in my body occurred possibly 2 years after onset of RA.  Strange.  Anybody else had anything like this occur?  Or quite possibly something much stranger?

You don't suppose that you had that eye problem that's related to RA (I forget what it's called) ? And the MTX is just helping it out?
