OK girls, I'm serious this week. I'm really starting the diet thing. Or not really diet, but lifestyle. I found an online thing that helps track your caloric intake, exercise and everything. It's kinda cool. It's called FitDay. Anyhoo, hope you guys are doing well on your eating plans. If this doesn't work, I'm going back to WW. I had a lot of success with that! Have a great week.
