I have to see the rheumo tomorrow and sure hope he can help me ....I am on 50 mg of enbrel and also avara (10 mgs daily). I hope he does something thats for sure...I was in a clinical study with a pretty high dose of metho and had to quit the metho because it raised my liver counts sky high. I so desperately want this to end somehow.
I see no difference in pain or stiffness yet

He doubled the arava to 20 mg a day.....he had me increase the relafan and gave me some medication for chronic pain and sleeplessness that is also used for depression
He wants me to go on predisone....and so far I havent because I am wicked afraid of the side effects of being on that forever.
He told me without it I will never be pain free
