Saw my rheumy last week and felt like life was getting back tonormal !!
(Joke....!!) EVen my blood seemed to be getting better and rheumy was
very happy. Next day limping badly and not feeling good.
Do you always feel better when you see the rheumy and bad
afterwards?? This always seems to happen to me. I wish I
could see her whenI was feeling bad, because she never seems to realise
how bad things can get. Anna
Anna,
Without fail, every Rheumie visit lands on a good day, no swelling and not alot of pain...Why is this?
JenM
Because you are thinking good thoughts??
Jen, same as you. Wish I could see my Rheumie when I am having a bad flare. Just had my annual MRI's on my hands. She told me they did not show any additional bone destruction so she believes my meds are working, but I just got over one of my worst flares ever. Go figure!! I will never totally understand this disease. I am also seronegative. Karen
I go through that as well; but often you can gauge when your feeling bad. Last month I called and rescheduled my appointment during a week (day) I knew was one of the worst for me. My case may be different than yours of coarse; but for me it was in between weeks of my Humira injections. So I rescheduled my appointment so I knew I would be in pain that day and my doctor could see what I was referring to.
It worked that time for me. He increased my medication just like I'd hoped he would do.
