I know you're tired, you hurt and you don't want to get off the couch, but today's Election Day across the country.  Go out and vote.

My theory is I can't complain about the way things are unless I have done my part and voted.  And goodness knows, I like to complain!

And for fun:

I am going to vote... but only because yet again I am being made to vote.

I am only going to vote for one person... the sheriff and no one else not even the damn president.

I like getting to tell everyone... "Well you voted for him... I didn't." It works GREAT!

I just started voting when I was 23 or 24 (who knows

I do not complain about the prez nor the government... only dumba$$es and ones who cannot answer my simple question of why the hell medicaid does not pay for my co-pay left over by my primary insurance!! I mean what is the use of having medicaid if you are going to have to pay what you were paying before for medical care?

Sorry... went off subject. But I do feel much  better now

But would you vote for Billy or Jimmy Jones for Preschool President?

That's the most pressing political question!

I would not vote. I did not even do the votes in highschool for class whatever.

Just not into politics. They seem to tick folks off Did you look at the link? I voted.  Popped in my Green Day CD and listened to Holiday to remind myself why I dragged myself out and stood in line.  This year was really a lesser of two evils year for me.  I was voter Number 7.  Bully for me!!!!  Of course, I voted right.

Opps... hillhoney... I thought about my reply like 3 hrs later while we were on our way to the thrift store and realized you must have been talking about the link

I did not look at the link because I am on dial-up and takes me FOREVER to download videos even short ones. I wish we had money for cable internet

My vote goes to billy...the underdog!

There have been years when I have written in Mickey Mouse.

I am bummed because I am really into politics.  I ALWAYS vote.  I applied for an absentee ballot for CA because I knew the issues and candidates there.  I have not received it.

I have been watching election results.  HAPPY DAY

I cant watch the results as they come it....it makes me crazy...I like to see it all when it is done...

Voter 34 here

An election official finally came round with the key, opened the machine and they forced the previous ballot to go through. Then she tried to relock the million dollar machine and couldn't because the key was stuck in a, as she put it, "damn two dollar lock!".

My vote did eventually go through . . . I think.I was voter number 757...the voter turnout was phenomenal.  All in all it was a great election day.I'm dying to know who won - Billy or Jimmy!  I hope Billy won, because I think he's cuter.  And I totally think the milk monitor charges are false! Rozy, I'm with you, I aways vote. Many people did not realize that on
October 17, 2006 , habeaus corpus was written out of the constitution when
our great leader sighned the terror bill. I really hope things are done to
bring it back. We need it.

Ahhhhhhhhhh - but doesn't it make you fear safer.  We just throw people in prison when they look suspicious.  That way - we will all be safe
