Hi i have just been prescribed prednisolone short term until i get to see my rheumy. I have to take 3 a day for 5 days then reduse to 2 a day...i should have asked the doc but do i take all 3 at once or spread thro the day or does it not matter
I just started a diet about 4 weeks ago and lost only 4 lbs but now i am on steroids, have any of you managed to take steroids and avoid weight gain
