I do not like this splint-cast! It needs to go!!!!
I have so much discomfort. My arm... you know that feeling you get when you wake up and your arm is stiff and stuck in the position and you have a hard time moving it and it has like a little pain?
Well... that is what my arm has been every since I have had this splint-cast on! I feel like I need to extend it to make it feel better.
The last couple of nights I have been unwrapping the ace bandages off and trying to move my arm around to make it not feel so stiff and to relieve the discomfort.
I am almost to the point of ripping the splint off and just putting it on when I go out
Anyone have a hacksaw??
It sounds miserable. I had no idea casts were so uncomfortable. The way you describe it - needing to stretch your arm out but you can't - whew. I'll bet you wish you could be knocked out till Thursday!
