Forget the hacksaw... I took my splint-cast off as I felt like something was biting me and I ran my finger into my cast and felt a welp or 2. So, I had hubby pull it apart for me.
Oh Boy!! Does my arm feel better
I think when son accidentally poured juice down my arm today and into my cast it made me have a reaction. It is all red and a 3 little bumps that have welped and ITCHES!!!
Ok Joonie, admit it - you helped him pour it down your arm, just so you'd have an excuse to take off the splint!
I want to see the look on your docs face when he comes into pre-op to talk to you about your surgery and you have no cast on lol.
I can totally understand why you did it tho. I would have done the same thing if I felt like something had bitten me. The thought of a bug in my cast would freak me out!!!
Oh my cast is on. I put it back on. The casting part was the splint on the bottom of my arm. The rest was ace bandage and the covering to keep my arm from getting irritated by the cast.
It is back on and feels much better, not much disfomfort this time around, except hubby did the ace bandages too tight and it felt like my circulation was getting cut off.... so we had to do one of the bandages over.
Slept pretty good last night too, went to sleep about 2am YAY!!!
