Question, ive been having this really weird headahce, i think ive asked about it before but its gotten worse. So for awhile ive been having this really bad sharp scalp pain. Its hurts awfull, enough to scream out OW my hair hurts, and lasts about 5 minutes then goes away, it used to happen 1 every few months now its multiple times a week and never happens only once in a day. it doesnt matter if my hair is up or not. Now in addition to that yesterday my head starting hurting back on the left side sort of hear my ear. It doesnt feel like a normal headache though it feels like the tingle before my hair hurts, i thought it would go away after i slept but today its still borthering me, its not constant its been coming and going all day and lasts about 10 minutes at a time, its so wierd, ive never had a headache that feels this way, the headache hurts less then the hair though but it feels similar. has anyone had anything like this? ihve asked my rheumatologist, she didnt know
Do you have Fibromyaligia? You can get myofacial (sp?) pains from that. It could be that.
I think I'd at least call my doctor and about it. Or, look up the description on myofacial pain on the Internet and see if that sounds like what you are experiencing.
If your headaches are severe and sudden, they should always be checked out.

I do take mtx but this started before that, so i dont know. I also do have fibromyalgia in addition to JRA,
