Tornadoes & flooding OH MY!! | Arthritis Information

It rained most of the night and all morning so far.

Daughter is out of school today because of all the rain. When it rains like this it floods the creeks which in turn flood the bridges the buses have to cross and most times they cannot get across the bridges.

Sooo... I have both kids home today

We are toggling between tornado warnings & watches. We are stuck in flash flooding warning.

My dogs look like they are living in a pool

Mother in-law called to see if I wanted to go up to her house while she was in school, as we live in a tin box and everyone knows you do not stay in your tin box when tornados are around. So.. I told her no as I would have a hard time keeping son out of stuff up there and he will not take his nap while we were at her house.

Sooo... we are still in our tin box. It is just lightly raining right now. But 10 mins away where hubby's work is, they are in a tornado warning. He is safer than we are so... not to worried about him.

I hope everything is ok Joonie. I have to say I miss that weather in Arkansas. It was SO EXCITING

Awww.... you mean I cannot sleep in only my under-roos?! Darn it!

My greatest fear is that a tornado will come thru the night while we are sleeping and it will suck me up and I will be found in my under-roos

I was thinking early this morning while I was trying to go to sleep... Can you opt to be buried in your under-roos or naked and not in clothes?

LOL Jooine! Have you been able to watch an episode of ANYTHING without the weather service announcement interrupting? Cause we haven't :| And I get to drive almost an hour in this mess to get to work soon. It's re-DONK-ulous. LoL And all I'm doing is driving ahead of it, so when I get work I'll get to go through it ALL OVER AGAIN. Hahah

Ummm.... yeah I am watching Discovery Channel... they do not interrupt that channel much.

Nothing better than getting ahead of the storm and then it catching up to you ... NOT!!

Well the alerts are - I swear to god - EVERY channel we have. It's really annoying. Like...I understand...I get it, it's a bad storm. But GEEZE. Can I watch my court TV in peace please?!?!?? LOL joonie im sure you have the option to be buried in your underroos or nothing at all but just think of the reaction youd get at the funeral when people come up to the casket heheheh boy they'd be in for a surprise
