Hey everyone,
I have finally weaned myself off of predisone after taking it for about 12 days. Last night was horrible, I woke 3 times because of the gnawing pain in my wrist, knees, ankles, feet and right shoulder.
Sorry for being such a crab today, this aint one of my better days.Hope everyone else is doing well though!!!!!!!
Me too!! I have been off Prednisolone too for 4 or 5 days and I am back to square one too. Im so fed up again and was secretly hoping that when id come off it wouldn't return but it did. Im not on anything as baby due in 7 weeks and they want to leave me until after birth and then start some treatment. I rang my GP today about getting injections into the hands and wrists but he has shocked me by saying to wait until afer baby - how good am i going to be with two hands not working for pain and swelling and a new baby to feed/change etc - im really angry.

Chelybel, Im sorry you have to go thru all that pain for 7 more weeks, I wish I could take it from you so all you would have to worry about is having a healthy baby
Thanks for your reply. Im so sorry to hear about your situation with the husband etc thinks always happen for a reason and the stress is probably not helping your RA anyway - i find that.
