Is it just me or does your mind play games with you?  I was feeling not too bad today.  Stiff and tired but not too bad at all.  My husband has started a new job today and called to say we have to cancel our holiday (at the end of the month) because he is need on a client site.  I was soooooo looking forward to it.  We were heading of into the mountains (by car!) in Spain and had a really romantic hotel room booked.  Since that bombshell my knees hurt and my fingers are barely functioning properly.  How does you mood have such a big effect on you bones?!  I have noticed this before.....when I am in a really good mood I could take on the world and RA be damned (suffer afterwards but what the hell).  When I am fed up I just want to curl up and not move.

Ah well.  Maybe we can re-book for later in the year.

This is when people start telling you "It's all in your head"

But for those of us that live with it everyday....we know it's not. I'll admit it does sound crazy!! You guys here are about the only ones I'll mention something like that too because most people will never believe us.

Getting upset, or stressed does effect us adversely. I can't explain it...and for the most part TRY to pretend it's not happening because I know it sounds crazy.

Glad I've got my crazy group here to understand me!!

Ah good........we are all nutters then.  If you are going to go crazy you might as well do it in good company.  Seriously, this is just my opinion, but I think when you are feeling low it can affect your metabolism, hormones and immune system.  This maybe part of why we feel worse when we are down.

keep smiling everyone!

Don't want anyone thinking I'm actually a writer or anything

That's awesome Roxy. I can't wait to hear what you think of it. I've got a feeling you're exactly the type of person that will benifit from it.

sweet, at least I know now im not insane because the same thing happens to me. When I am super stressed out or depressed I tend to be more achy. I thought it was all in my head hehe.
