gosh 10 mg prednisone and my hand can still get red....
take tumeric and other stuff... but should i run to the clinic and show them?

Red? as in rash, sores, just color, any other symptoms? 10mg of pred is a relatively low dose. Are you saying that your hand is red in color? Mine turn red when they are swollen and I flare. You might want to call your rheumy and let him know that your hand is red. They may up your dose of pred.
