WASN'T ABLE TO WORK AGAIN TODAY.   IN SO MUCH PAIN AND SO INCREDIBLY TIRED.  SLEPT PRETTY MUCH ALL DAY.  EVEN FEEL LIKE MY HEART IS BEATING INCREDIBLY S L O W.  MY SON WENT TO SPEND THE DAY AND NIGHT WITH A FRIEND SO I'M HERE ALL ALONE.  I AM GETTING OVER A FLARE AND ALWAYS FEEL DEAD TIRED AFTER ONE LIKE SOMEONE HAS PULLED MY PLUG.  ANYONE HERE GET THIS TIRED.  I'M TOOO TIRED TO SPEAK IF THAT MAKES SENSE.  ANYONE ELSE GO THRU THE CHRONIC FATIGUE THING?

Karen,

Yep,makes complete sense! so tired and weak feeling that you just don't even have the energy to speak.....

I feel for you and totally understand what you are feeling and going through.

Get some rest Karen and hope you will feel better real soon

Karen,

I understand just how you feel. I am in that
same place right now. It's interesting because I
have have suffered through the 'chonic fatigue' thing
for a long time, but just thought it was 'just me'.

I slept most of the weekend but went to work
today...am an admin assist. and was just praying all
day I didn't get too many phone calls. Complete lack
of mental/physical energy.

Get some rest and make sure you are eating...I hope
tomorrow finds you better.

I totally know the feeling of being so tired all the time. good luck hun. *hugs* I find the chronic fatigue worse than the pain and swelling sometimes. At least if in pain, an NSAID should take the edge of it, but with exhaustion there seems little can be done. My whole sleep cycle can get really messed up from it.

I too suffer from Chronic Fatigue. I can feel okay and then about 15 to 30 minutes later I am so tired that I just have to go to bed. It can even hit me right after i get up in the mornings. It can come on very fast sometimes.  I get the feelings of being so overly drained. That going to bed is the only way I can rejuvenate my energy level. So you are not alone on that one.

In fact yesterday I just felt like I was getting  drained and I went to bed and then I could not settle down. So I ended getting back up but I did not have any energy to do anything but sit around. Comes with the

I hope this helps you.

i know that one too, just all of a sudden can't stop yawning and brain doesn't engage at all! stood and listened to someone talking today and then asked them to repeat the whole thing as none of it had sunk in!  But also the going to bed and not settling, i can be so tired i want to cry and body exhausted and still sleep doesn't happen, thought it was just me! not sleeping much more than a few hours a night at the mo.yep...i was so tired yesterday (with tight throat, swollen glands, etc.) couldn't wait to get to bed.  then was only able to sleep about 2 hrs. going to be a long day.

Now I usually spend one day feeling like a zombie. That's Sunday for me because I take all my medications on Saturday night; so Sundays I usually am not up for much except napping...and movies.

Feel better soon Karen; I've been there, it's no fun at all.

Lovie
