has anyone here ever taken Topamax for migraines? I have a friend on it that really likes it but I would like to get some feedback from someone with RA. I took topamax for migraines a few years back. It was one of many meds
I tried and it made me feel crazy. I got depressed and wanted to strangle
everyone, lol. And it did nothing for the migraines. I finally went to a
beta blocker and have gone from 2 migraines a week to 1 a year. Little
did I know that migraines and daily headaches were the first symptoms of
my RA. Hmmmm....grumpiness as a side effect? God knows I dont need MORE of that! I am grumpy enough...but I am on the 2 per week schedule pretty much...I need to do something.
