Hi, I am Nancy and I have
Ru-the-the-the-thoid arthritis
as my son calls it.
I want to get an exercise machine. I was wondering what the best one to get is. As in the one that will do the least ware to my knees and hands and one that will not hurt my knees to exercise on.
I hear it is an elliptical machine but I wanted to make sure before I made such a large purchase.

Elliptical machines work great for me...even beter then swimming.
Can you go to a fitness center and try different machines before buying one?
