I take them on an occasional basis but considering a more agressive approach, including lots of B12. Any problems in association with MTX, Arava and Prednisone, for example? My doc recommended that I take a multi vitamin daily because of the meds that I am on. I take humira, mtx, and pred. And I take meds for high blood pressure. His thoughts were that because of the meds I am on, I am probably vitamin deficient. Both my RD and my GP said this.
I have had no bad side effects from taking a daily multi vitamin. I am making everyone else in the house take one also. Just as a precaution in the cold and flu season.
