Since being diagnosed with RA, I've read everything I can get my hands on--both books and the internet. There is one book I particularly like because it's written by a patient who has gone through the very things we all go through. It's "The First Year Rhuematoid Arthritis" by M.E.A. McNeil and is subtitled "A Patient-Expert Walks You Through Everything You Need to Learn and Do". Even though it says 'the first year' I bought it a couple of months after my first year and still find it very helpful. It's especially useful in getting one's head together about this disease. I highly recommend it.
Thanks for the info.....I see so many RA books but have yet to buy one. I might find this one useful.I have three RA books but this one sounds good since I feel like I am back at square one, with no idea how to control or deal with my ra
