Okay, Liz got a blizzard and in Connecticut we're getting a tornado! Who ever heard of a tornado in Connecticut in December? We're under a warning, and the dogs are already acting nervous. This is not what we need to get us in the Christmas spirit! Hillhoney39052.7175231481We had a tornado watch in Ohio today. The winds were about 45 miles hr. No tornado thank God. Yes the weather is weird.

WOW! We had wind and thunder here today. But no tornado. You guys batten down the hatches!! Did the hearse ever get moved? If it didn't, maybe it will blow into the neighbors yard and they can move it! LOL!

Seriously tho. Be careful and head for shelter if you have to.

No, the hearse is still in the front yard - so I advise everyone to look out for low flying hearses!

HIllhoney, did the storm pass by you yet? I've been watching the warnings on the local news (I'm not far away - in NY) Did it turn to a tornado?? Hope not and hope you're ok.

It is right on the edge of where we are right now. There have been clouds with circular motion seen on the radar, but thank goodness no tornados spotted yet. It is crazy out there - wicked lightning and driving wind. This is going to sound crazy but I love weather like that. I get all giddy like a little kid. LoL Do stay safe though. Hey...why aren't you on AIM?????

We're still getting the wind, but the rain, lightning and thunder have passed - unfortunately on to your patch. I'm no longer a fan of good storms, we have too many tall pine trees!! Used to love them. But tornadoes, they terrify me. Not that I like blizzards, but at least we usually know they're coming and can prepare. Stay safe!

We have hurricanes....remember Ivan and Dennis and Katrina? Okay so Katrina wasn't as fun..but the other ones were....I'm just a freak like that. When I was little I wanted to be a storm chaser. LoLOkay, we're all clear. Storm has moved on! Hearse is still in the front yard Kaaarrreeennnn!!!!!!!!!! AIM AIM AIM AIM!!!!!!Katie... what does AIM mean???

We own a real hearse - it used to be my son's car when he was in high school. Now it's dead - the transmission and engine both shot, but we use it in our front yard with a cemetery for Halloween for our haunted house we put on. But. . . since it's dead, we haven't been able to move it out of the front yard! We're waiting for a friend with a truck to be available to tow it to the backyard! See you thought I was kidding when I said I was a hillbilly! I think that would be cool and your neighbor will really be freaked out then lol. Do it! Do it!!! String some lights around it too!!!Go for it! And while you're at it, really confuse them by putting a "Peace Love & Joy" Christmas wreath on the front. LOL Yes, we have some sick puppies in the congregation. I say, go for it! Be sure to post pics though.
