saw rheumy today and had my first injection. it was painless and so straight foward. i was expecting the worse but all ok. next wk i have to do it myself... that will be a giggle. just lookijng at the needle and it seemed to get four times bigger in 2 secs! anna_uk You can do it Anna. Good luck.
Yeah, isn't that something? MTX injections do not burn nor sting! Kinda made me feel bad for being afraid of getting the injection

I'm glad it went well, I have a friend who injects herself all the time and she says it's fine, her partner helps out and I think that makes him feel more useful too. I hope it goes well for you! KT
Needles do not bother me but I always find myself taking a deep breath and going 1...2...3.. DART! The mtx shots are sooooo very easy. No burning and over in the blink of an eye! I am glad it worked out well for you. Let us know if you have any side effects at all!
