sorry about that I hope that you start to feel better soon

I've just returned to this forum also. So sorry about your shoulder pain, hope you can get relief soon. I've never had a scan. My docs don't even do ex-rays. I have issues with docs that don't give a s--t. I'm an RN, and you would not believe some of the stuff I've seen from 'the experts'. But that's a soap box I don't have enough energy to climb up on. Good luck, auntieannie

I have had a scan and x-rays done to check for joint damage.  I feel that it is something that you should talk to your doc about especially since you are in such pain and needing a steroid injection only 8 weeks after the first one.  When I started going back every month and a half to 2 and a half months for steroid injections in my knee they did xrays (can't MRI my knee I have plates and screws there already lol) and decided no more steroid injections the damage was too bad and it is time for replacement.  I look forward to my replacement after the first of the year so I am out of pain!!
