I got my letter from Enbrel today. I got approved for their assistance program! I am so excited and this really takes a load of my shoulders financially. I just had to tell you guys!

I go back to the dr on the 18th of Dec, so next week! I hope this is my ticket to better health. Lori Great news Lori, keep us posted, fab Xmas gift!! Wendy I went to the dr. due to a very bad upper respiratory infection. While there I asked for a uric acid test which included rheumatoid factor test. Uric was fine but they called and said RA factor was 41 and they suggested going to a rheumatolgist. This is all new to me. Can anyone who has been dealing with this for awhile answer some questions for me? 1. How does 41 fit in with the range? is this medium, low, extremely low? perhaps compared to some of you out there? 2.Wondering if fact I had infection elevate this number any 3. I am 68 year old female and I am reading that as you age this number automatically elevates. I would really appreciate some info on this and anything you could send to me asap Thanks so much send to mfergu3@aol.com
