I had a synovial bump, or cyst, or whatever they're called!
Anyway, the darn thing is almost gone but the fluid seems to be diffusing into my hand and fingers - it's not that bad, just puffy.
Any tips for getting rid benign fluid build-up quicker? I am trying to keep my left hand up, and I'm staying off the computer to give my wrists a rest. . .oops. Well, I am keeping my hand up. Massage if you can stand it will break up the fluid. Also, unfortunately, the dreaded pred. Benedryl may also help.
