http://ww.drugs.com and you can find out what the interaction that could happen with the mix of drugs you take, Just follow the instruction. It is really easy. Now do you go for bloodwork every 4 to 6 weeks? My rd has me do this and then a report is sent to him and if there is any problems he calls and inform me of the situation. I take mtx and enbrel along with several other meds. Now there have been several times I was taken off of my mix due to infections etc once every thing was fine I was told to start up on the meds again. I hope this helps. meme
I have not been afraid to start anything. I even started sulfazine, then found out i was highly allergic! (when the doc said " oh youre red, stop taking it, i changed docs!)

Paul, I have been taking Arava and MTX with Remicade OR Enbrel for a couple years. My RD keeps a close eye on my LFT's and I do fine...hope this helps!I take MTX & Humira weekly and do fine. No side effects from the meds for me. Some people have bad side effects from MTX; but for me it's been a life saver.
Like Meme said; your doctor will pick up any problems from your blood work before they actually cause any problem.
I think sometimes some of the stuff you read scares people away from a medication that can be very helpful.
