Hi everyone, Happy NewYear almost. I have a question; I guess I have been really blessed in the "weight" department after being on pred for 9 months. I never got the "moon face" and I gained about 20 pounds. However, in the last month I have gained an addtional 20 pounds and I have now reached my pregnancy weight from my son 29 years ago! I feel like my skin is too small and I have purchased bigger clothes. My question is this, can you have a sudden massive weight gain taking pred? I would apprecaite any imput. Thanks so much, Rain ( PS: I am still on 10mg. of Pred a day with no end in sight)I was only on 10 mg a day for about a month and then I tapered it down over the course of a month. I was really careful about what I ate...and I still popped up almost 15 pounds right away. And sadly, I tipped the scales past my 9mo preg wt....cant believe I used to wear a 12 in girls 10 years ago....
