Taking B Vitamins or Red Bull | Arthritis Information

I was on a long car trip and drank a diet Red Bull for the road. Amazingly, I discovered that I felt limber and good and slept very well after the 8 hours in the car. So I drank another one on my trip home, again with the same results. The stuff is loaded with B vitamins. So putting two and two together about a week later I Googled B vitamins and made the discovery that B deficiencies are linked to autoimmune arthritis conditions. Who knew?!

I am a regular coffee drinker so I  know it couldn't have been the caffiene. I know our condition is linked to the HLA B27 gene and is autoimmune, but wow--this is worth trying in addition to your meds or regular routine. Try the red bull, or some other energy drink with B in it (maybe because it is liquid it works so fast??) or try a supplement and see what happens. Just a thought!

Thanks for the tip. Kinda like the name.
