Nerve mapping for hand pain?? | Arthritis Information

I am a long time arthritis sufferer due to disc degeneration.  In the last month or so I have seen a big increase in pain down my arms to my hands, in particular the right index finger, which is painfully sore in the morning and difficult to straighten.  Does anyone know which cervical disc this would map to?  An MRI from 2002 showed the following:

At C#-C4 there is a mild central-right paracentral disc protrusion which abuts the anterior aspect of the cord.

At C-4-C5 there is a mild disc bulge and spondylosis slightly eccentric toward the right, which effaces the anterior subarachnoid space

At C5-C6 there is a degenerative disc space narrowing with broad-based spondylosis eccentric toward the right

Thanks for any info.  I am sure I am headed to surgery this time.   Have already had 2 surgeries on my lumbar spine.
