Just thouh I'd give a brief update about my 'losing my job' fear. I really appreciate all your support and ideas. Really made me realize i need to seriously learn what my options are in case I am unable to perform my full job in the future. So I',m starting to check on disaability and things like that. The one thing that I have found so far is that I get short term disability-but only at 55%. I still have lots of research to do, but it helps to be actively doing research in hopes of the future instead of just feeeling like I'm stuck with out future hope.
Oh, and I off and on check job listings in santa fe where I have one sister and brother in law, and saw job posted today for exec assistant for the director of the georgia o'keefe museum. What a dream job that would be. Good to know there are some posibilities out there.

it seems. Its nice to have this. I had a 60 percent policy until I quit my job
due to the pain. If I would have known, I would have taken my disability
instead of quitting, what a dummy I am. Hindsight.
