Damage to feet/ toes? try B12 | Arthritis Information

If you have foot/toe pain, tingling, pins and needles and problems walking, may I suggest you research B12. I had a B12 injection only one week ago and can now walk a hundred yards without a stick, very little foot or toe pain, especially on waking up mornings, and general wellness. It seems B12 can assist damaged nerves to regenerate, it not only worked for me but far, far quicker than I'd hoped for. Along with MTX, pred and some pain killers, after 12 months of being in a dark, dark pit, now almost pain free. Hope it's a good day for all on the board - Des.

P.S. As well as the usual Google search, use Google's advanced search feature and type in Arthritis B 12. There's a lot to wade through but you'll find what you need.

Hmm...good to know Dessy....thanks

I have severe foot pain and tried the B12.  I had two injections a week for months.   It did not help me at all.  :(
