Hiya Hi all  The names Andy.....but you can call me Andy. I'm 38 and live in BC Canada  Diagnosed with AS 3 yrs ago, I was in denial the first year or so...but am awaiting my first infusion of remicade..... I am an expecting father in a few months ...am soo scared ....of alot of things... ( I did leave my first post in the AS forum)    But mostly , I am looking for insight on this drug.....and hopefully make a few friends along the way....  Thanx  Hi Andy. Welcome. Come over to the RA section of the forum. You'll find many with simular problems and lots on Remicade, Enbrel, Humira, MTX...you name it; we've used it. You don't have to have RA to hang out where the action is. Come on over. You'll get a lot of quick responses there. I just had my first infusion of Remicade yesterday. It went fine, no problem. If you've ever had an IV, it the same thing. Took about two hours. My doc's office has big lounge chairs and a tv set up so we can watch movies. It was actually kinda fun! I've got to remember to bring popcorn next time. LOL "The names Andy.....but you can call me Andy." With this sense of humor you're going to make a great dad!!!
