i miss talking to you guys but i read everyday. i pushed it it yesterday and made it worse. chest cong., achey can't take enbrel. moved couch in front of saltwater tank. that is what i do

I am doing better Thank YOU ALL VERY MUCH. Still taking it easy. Hard on the self esteem when walking with a cane is painful. Glad I seee the light at the end of the tunnel.
