I have been on augmentin 875mg twice a day for over 10 days now. I'm the one that has the nasty cysts on my tailbone. I have felt really great the last few days. It makes me wonder if there is something to this antibiotic therapy which I tried and didn't work for me. I wonder if the dose I was on wasn't strong enough which is why it didn't work. This is the third day where I have woke up and didn't have any stiffness and if I didn't have this cyst hurted I wouldn't have taken any pain pills. My RA is almost non existant. Has anyone been on big doses of antibiotics and felt their RA get better?
I am supposed to go off the relafan tomorrow because of my surgery on Thursday . That will be the big test.
At times, yes, especially early on.I figured it was gonna be temporary. I am gonna enjoy it while I can.
