Took methrotrexate 4- 2.5 pills as prescribed, this was Wednesday evening. I have been very nauseus, and extremely achy, wiped out since.
Have been taking it for a couple of years now. Never had this strong a reaction just generally a bit wiped out and nauseus afterward.
This is worse than a strong flare.
Does anyone have any advice or thoughts?

Do you use a rescue drug?
Since this hasn't happened before and you're MTX hasn't been increased, is it possible it's not the MTX but an oncoming virus/flu? (worsened by Wednesday's MTX load)
