I've been running a low-grade fever for a few days, but I'm not sick other than feeling normally cruddy. I ran fevers last year when I was first diagnosed, but haven't for a long time. I had my 4th Remicade infusion last Monday and I haven't responded to it the way I did my 3rd one. Does anyone have any ideas what's going on?

Could be part of a flare if this infusion didn't take, for whatever reason.

I'd call your doc on Monday for sure though. Fever can be a side effect of Remicade, or it could be a virus trying to break through, or something else entirely.
